Can I schedule a showing to view your home?
Yes! To make it most convenient for you, we schedule all of our showings online. Just click on Listings on the homepage. All of our current listings will appear. Please click on the property of interest, under the home there will be a green button that reads, “click here, schedule a showing.” When you submit a request for a showing, the system will automatically send you a confirmation via text. Once confirmed, a showings agent will be out to meet you at the property at the scheduled time!
Can I schedule a showing today?
Possibly. All the times are listed underneath the property and often there are showings that are still available today. Otherwise, we need 24 hour notice unless unless otherwise noted.
I can’t make the show times listed, can I schedule a different time?
We try to accommodate everyone, please visit our website and click on Contact in order to send us an email with your contact
information. We will have our showing agent contact you to make arrangements
Is this home still available?
If it is listed on our website, it is still available. If you click on Listings, all current listings will appear.
My showing got cancelled, can I reschedule?
Possibly. If your email stated your showing was cancelled due to the home being taken off the market, then no. If the property is still available, then yes. Please visit our website to see if your property of interest is still available.
What are the requirements if I want to rent from 725 Management?
Our minimum requirements are as follows:
-Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
-Applicant must have a 50% of less debt payment-to-income ratio (includes rent). All income must be from a verifiable source.
Unverifiable income will not be considered.
-Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
-Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
-Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 650.
-A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
-Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
Is it possible to still rent if I don’t meet the requirements?
Sometimes! We do accept co-signers who qualify at the discretion of the landlord. If we process your application and see that you need one, we’ll let you know.
Do you accept Section 8?
No, we do not.
Do you allow pets?
Dogs are welcome with an initial non-refundable pet fee of 25% first month’s rent and additional $25/mo per dog. No breed or weight restrictions. We do not accept cats.
How long is your lease? Can I do a 6 month lease?

There will be more than 1 adult living in the house. Do we all need to apply?
All adults (other than spouses) that will be living in the residence, MUST submit their own individual application. If you are married, only 1 of you will need to apply and list the spouse under “additional occupants.”
How much is your application fee?
A non-refundable $50.00 application fee is required for ALL applicants. If a cosigner is being utilized, they will need to fill out a
separate application and pay the non-refundable $50.00 application fee as well.
Can we do rent-to-own?
No, we do not.
